Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SRWX Edge, a static content delivery network operated by SRWX (“we”), available at cdn.srwx.app and related subdomains (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share access credentials or resell the Service without our written consent.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
  • deliver malware, phishing pages, or exploits;
  • violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service;
  • use the Service as a general-purpose proxy or anonymizing relay for traffic not destined for your own zones.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with notice where practical.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to cache, replicate and deliver your content through the Service as needed to operate it. You represent that you have the rights to upload and distribute your content.

4. Fees

Fees are described on our pricing page. Overages are billed at the published rates. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing cycle.

5. Service availability

We target the availability set out in your plan’s SLA. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including upstream network failures or force majeure.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, your content will be removed from edge caches within 30 days.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect.
